  • No Refunds. If the photos and description are not clear and you cannot arrange an inspection, we recommend you do not bid.
  • If you win an auction you agree to remove all items from the unit within 72 Hours.

Cancellations:

  • The Seller can remove an auction from the website before an auction ends.
  • The Seller can cancel a sale after payment is made and prior to you removing the goods from their premises, in this circumstance you will be refunded.

Soft Close:

  • All auctions on this site use a soft close. Bids in the last minute extend the auction by 2 minutes. The auction ends when "SOLD" appears.

Fees & Payment:

  • All prices are in AUD and include GST.
  • A 17.5% Buyer,s Premium (incl. GST) applies to all winning bid amounts. For Example: $100 winning bid = $117.50 total payable.
  • Payment is processed automatically at the close of an auction and charged to the credit/debit card you provided.

Pickup & Cleaning Bond:

  • The registered bidder can collect the unit with photo ID and winner notification email.
  • A cleaning bond must be paid to the facility before access is granted. The bond is refunded once the unit is cleared and inspected.
