Important Points

  • Units are sold as a job lot & on as-is basis. All goods sold are second hand with no warranty or guarantee.

  • No Refunds.
  • If you win, you must remove all items from the unit within 72 Hours.

Cancellations

  • The Seller can remove an auction from the website before it ends.
  • The Seller can cancel a sale after payment and prior to you removing the goods from their premises; you will be refunded.

Soft Close

  • All auctions use a soft close. Bids in the last minute extend the auction by 2 minutes. The auction ends when "SOLD" appears.

Fees & Payment

  • All prices are in AUD and include GST.
  • A 17.5% Buyer’s Premium (incl. GST) applies to all winning bid amounts. For Example: $100 winning bid = $117.50 total payable.
  • Payment is processed automatically at the close of an auction.

Pickup & Cleaning Bond

  • You can collect the unit with photo ID and winner notification email.
  • A cleaning bond must be paid to access the facility.

Personal Goods & Illegal Items

  • Please return personal items (e.g. photos, documents) to the storage facility.
  • Report any illegal items or firearms to the storage facility and police.
