### Cancellations
- The Seller can remove an auction from the website before it ends.
- The Seller can cancel a sale after payment and prior to you removing the goods from their premises; you will be refunded.

### Soft Close
- All auctions use a soft close. Bids in the last minute extend the auction by 2 minutes. The auction ends when "SOLD" appears.

### Fees & Payment
- All prices are in AUD and include GST.
- A 17.5% Buyer’s Premium (incl. GST) applies to all winning bid amounts. For Example: $100 winning bid = $117.50 total payable.
- Payment is processed automatically at the close of an auction.

### Pickup & Cleaning Bond
- You can collect the unit with photo ID and winner notification email.
- A cleaning bond must be paid to access the facility.
