  • Unit inspections are strongly encouraged prior to bidding. Please contact the storage facility to confirm inspections and availability.
  • No Refunds. If you cannot arrange an inspection, we recommend you do not bid.
  • If you win an auction, you must remove all items from the unit within 72 hours.

Cancellation Policy

  • The seller can remove an auction from the website before it ends.
  • The seller can cancel a sale after payment and prior to you removing the goods; you will be refunded.

Soft Close

  • All auctions use a soft close. Bids in the last minute extend the auction by 2 minutes. The auction ends when "SOLD" appears.

Fees & Payment

  • A 17.5% Buyer's Premium applies to all winning bid amounts.
    Example: $100 winning bid = $117.50 total payable.
  • Payment is processed automatically at the close of an auction.

Pickup & Cleaning Bond

  • The registered bidder can collect the unit with photo ID and winner notification email.
  • A cleaning bond must be paid to the facility before access.
  • Failure to pay the bond or clear the unit within 72 hours may result in forfeiture.
