- Unit inspections are strongly encouraged prior to bidding. Please contact the storage facility to confirm inspections and availability.
- No Refunds. If you cannot arrange an inspection, we recommend you do not bid.
- If you win an auction, you must remove all items from the unit within 72 hours.

### Cancellation Policy
- The seller can remove an auction from the website before it ends.
- The seller can cancel a sale after payment and prior to you removing the goods; you will be refunded.

### Soft Close
- All auctions use a soft close. Bids in the last minute extend the auction by 2 minutes. The auction ends when "SOLD" appears.

### Fees & Payment
- A 17.5% Buyer's Premium applies to all winning bid amounts.  
  *Example:* $100 winning bid = $117.50 total payable.  
- Payment is processed automatically at the close of an auction.

### Pickup & Cleaning Bond
- The registered bidder can collect the unit with photo ID and winner notification email.  
- A cleaning bond must be paid to the facility before access.  
- Failure to pay the bond or clear the unit within 72 hours may result in forfeiture.
