2. Unit inspections are encouraged prior to bidding. Please contact the storage facility to confirm inspections and availability.
3. If you win an auction you agree to remove all items from the unit within 72 hours.
4. Photos and Inventory are to be used as a guide only.
5. **Cancellations:** The Seller can remove an auction from the website before an auction ends. The Seller can cancel a sale after payment is made and before you remove the goods from premises.
6. **Soft Close:** All auctions use a soft close. Bids in the last minute extend the auction by 2 minutes. The auction ends when "SOLD" appears.
7. **Fees & Payment:** All prices are in AUD and include GST. A 17.5% Buyer’s Premium (incl. GST) applies to all winning bid amounts.
8. **Pickup & Cleaning Bond:** The registered bidder can collect the unit with photo ID and winner notification email.
9. **Personal Goods & Illegal Items:** Return personal items to the storage facility. Report any illegal items to the storage facility and the police.
